7. How long do we keep personal data?
We do not keep your personal data (except email address) longer than necessary.
If there is a legal retention obligation (such as that of records of 7 years), we will adhere to those time limits. In that case, the personal data will be properly destroyed after the retention obligation, unless a specific legal basis requires us to retain your data longer anyway.
8. How are personal data secured?
Peakout has appropriate organizational and technical measures in place to counter abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification of your personal data.

10. What are your rights?
