Your right of withdrawal

At Peakout, as a consumer, you have the legal right to return your online purchase within 14 days on receipt without stating reasons (the cooling-off period). The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the last product of your order. This is how it works

  1. Fill in the withdrawal declaration below and click “Confirm Withdrawal”. You can also submit your withdrawal by email at info@peakout.shop.
  2. You will immediately receive an email confirmation with the contents, date, and time of your cancellation, along with return instructions.
  3. Return the products to us within 14 days of your cancellation at the latest, as much as possible in their original condition and packaging.
  4. We will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the products.
